You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local orders are shipped with Dawn Wing or PostNet. International orders are shipped with DHL Express. Both come with tracking information.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, sales, and public holidays.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
BlockBoy 'n Friend$ is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
Returns
We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and experience therefore, BBNF offers free exchanges within 5 working days of the order delivery date. All exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. Return shipping will be paid by BBNF, unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour of the original style ordered, if available. We do not offer refunds.
If BBNF determines that any products are not in the original condition, an exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
Unfortunately no returns or exchanges on sale items.
